District 27, Grand Knight's Information
Worthy Grand Knight, Thank you for saying YES to the most difficult job of maintaining order , protocol and mambership in our Order. It is indeed a great calling for which you have agreed and requires much of your time and efforts.
Being a Grand Knight is not only an honor that your fellow Council members have bestowed upon you, it is a privilege and should always be respected as such. Time and again, this high and important position is given to someone who just is a last resort and only says yes because no one else will step up.
Thankfully in our district, this is not so. I am very proud of you and your selection and look forward to serving with you this year. I respect and thank the outgoing Grand Knights and welcome you as newly elected as well as your wives to (upper management) if you will.
Please know that I will make every effort to assist you and to help you have the best year thus far in our Order.
